Summary

The dictionary of firms in difficulty is a concentration of words collected from the texts and recorded in the practice of the missions. While remaining faithful to the spirit of collective proceedings, the definitions and explanations provided, give more clarity to the content of the law. Assets available, impossibility of recovery, return to better fortune, bank liquidation, serious concordat, complexity of the procedure are all notions just mentioned by the legislator but have remained so far, without much precision. Matter at the crossroads of many management techniques, collective proceedings have not failed to borrow the language of the economy, finance, accounting and many others. The target of users targeted by this work, will be more edified.
