Roch Freddy SACMEN NGUEMBOU is a young Cameroon University researcher (University of Duala), passionate by art and poetry. ‘’On the wings of the wind’’ is the title of his first poetic collection; meanwhile his youthfulness and his poetic inspiration which is already profound make us to guest that surely he is a future genus whose best is yet to come.
