Summary

This second Tome describes the asymetrologic universe Boko Haram. The contributions reconstitute the mechanisms of asymetrogenesis, the asymetrisation process of west and central African regions and also the associated multiscale impacts. Emphasis is made on the elaboration of asymmetries profiles and the mechanisms of asymetrologic trans-spatiality, on the mobilization of actors the initiated policies and strategies of intervention, their operationalisation and their usuries; results obtained and their limits etc. It is generally underlined from critical analysis that asymmetry is a powerful instrument of perpetual neo-recolonisation of Africa. This instrument is based on the three paradigms of asymetrogenesis: politico-economic, ideological-doctrinal and the recent synthetico-multimodal paradigm, forerunner of the modern asymmetric state ; a non-conventional state, rich in asymmetric institutions, a subdued territory and subjected people ; the three entities of the earthly congenitally modern asymmetric state. The Kalifha of Sokoto self-proclaimed by Boko Haram and the dismantling of afro-African is submitted to the test of asymetrologic usury, is an example ; a real school case, a pertinent laboratory of observation and analysis of African synthetic-multimodal asymetrology. Conclusively, the Afro-African experience to success in the fight against Boko Haram, though submitted to usury, must be generalized to all present and future asymmetric conflicts in the continent because, in Africa, asymmetric war is tomorrow war.
